Illusion Interactive (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of data associated with your use of our mobile applications.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Gameplay progress stored on our servers (if applicable)
User identifiers associated with analytics data
Crash reports and diagnostics linked to your user ID
Any support-related data you have shared with us

What Data Cannot Be Deleted

Purchase and transaction records handled by Google Play or Apple App Store
Data that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
support@illusioninteractive.games

Include the following details in your email:

User ID (available in the app’s Settings page)
Name of the app
Platform (Android or iOS)

Processing Time

We will review and process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

Third-Party Services

Our apps use third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Upon processing a valid request, we will remove or anonymize personal data under our control and take reasonable steps regarding data processed on our behalf where applicable. Third-party providers may retain certain data under their own policies or where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or aggregated reporting.

Account-Free Usage

Our apps do not require users to create accounts. Data deletion is handled using the in-app User ID to identify and process requests.
