Data Deletion Request

Illusion Interactive (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of data associated with your use of our mobile applications.
What Data Can Be Deleted
- Your anonymous account and associated cloud saves, progress, rewards, preferences, and app-held purchase entitlements
- User identifiers associated with analytics data
- Technical diagnostics linked to your user ID, where collected and under our control
- Any support-related data you have shared with us
Store Records & Retention Exceptions
- Purchase and transaction records held by Google Play or Apple App Store are managed by those providers and are not deleted by deleting your game data
- Data that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes
How to Request Data Deletion
Use the in-app account-deletion option to delete your anonymous account and associated game data, subject to the retention exceptions above. Uninstalling the app alone does not request deletion of cloud data. You can also contact us using the email process below.
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Include the following details in your email:
- User ID (available in the app’s Settings page)
- Name of the app
- Platform (Android or iOS)
Processing Time
We will review and process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
Third-Party Services
Our apps use Google AdMob, Google Ads, Google’s User Messaging Platform, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Remote Config. The current iOS build of Word Search & Chill does not include Firebase Crashlytics. Upon processing a valid request, we will remove or anonymize personal data under our control and take reasonable steps regarding data processed on our behalf where applicable. Third-party providers may retain certain data under their own policies or where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or aggregated reporting.

Anonymous Accounts & Purchase Restoration
Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous player ID without requiring email or password registration. Game data stored in Firestore is linked to that ID; “anonymous” does not mean the records cannot be linked to a player. We use the in-app User ID to identify data for email deletion requests.
Deleting game data does not itself refund purchases. To restore an eligible No Ads purchase, use the app’s purchase-restoration option with the same store account. Restoration may recreate your app-held entitlement and related purchase record, but does not restore deleted gameplay progress.
