Illusion Interactive ("we", "our", or "us") develops and publishes mobile games and applications. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile games and applications, including Word Search & Chill, and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use them.
Our apps may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, these advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. Personalized ads may be selected using information about your interests or activity. Non-personalized ads are not selected using your past behavior, although Google may still use identifiers or similar technologies for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our apps. Firebase Analytics may collect gameplay events, sessions, app interactions, engagement information, and device and app information.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and diagnose crashes. Crashlytics may process crash stack traces, installation identifiers, app version, device model, operating system information, timestamps, and other diagnostic data. We use this information to understand usage, fix bugs, improve stability, and optimize app performance.

Word Search & Chill is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13, or below the applicable minimum age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
